Face Your Fears - Unity

My main responsibilities were to design and implement the enemies and their behaviors. I utilized C++ and Unreal's blueprint system, as well as behavior trees, animation systems, and particle effect systems. Over the course of two months, I managed to implement 12 general enemies with their own individual behaviors as well as 3 unique multistage boss fights.

Space Shooter Guy was a custom engine built by two teammates and myself. We utilized OpenGL for the rendering and Gateware for everything else. My main responsibilities were to implement Gateware's API into our engine. By using Gateware's entity-component-system infrastructure, I was able to build our core functionality within a month, and built it to make it a simple task to further add content in the future.

Face Your Fears was the first game I worked on in school, with a team of three others. We faced many out-of-work challenges during this project, allowing me to branch out and learn more about Unity.

My main responsibility was to implement the core gameplay loop. This meant designing our castle-defense style game, with a home that the player would defend against enemies with various spells. I also had a hand in many other fields, such as UI, story development, and animations.
